The Ernst Asparagus Menu offers springtime favourites like creamy asparagus soup and a garden salad with marinated asparagus and egg. For mains, choose between white or green asparagus with hollandaise sauce and boiled baby potatoes. Add traditional sides like schnitzel, Black Forest ham, grilled salmon, seabass, or ribeye steak. Finish with fresh strawberries and whipped cream. For a complete culinary journey, the three-course Asparagus Set Menu is available at AED 140 per person.
